- For a complete simulator
- This is launch-monitor hardware, not a finished simulator room. A compatible Windows PC, ceiling plan, safe impact screen or net, hitting surface and display are also required. Standalone overhead orders are installed by you or your contractor using the installation guide and calibration kit, and GOLFJOY confirms the ceiling plan before shipping. Sim PCs, enclosures, screens and projectors are priced in the shop. S300 is the delivered and installed room path, and multi-bay venue programs are scoped in a written proposal.

- Delivery
- GOLFJOY ships a standalone Rigel 3 unit with free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. The carrier and current delivery estimate are shown at hosted checkout or in the order confirmation. Ceiling mounting, electrical or network work, calibration labor and room installation are not included unless the written order adds them. Multi-bay venue programs are scoped and delivered under a separate written proposal.
- Returns
- For this direct GOLFJOY purchase, request an RMA within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping must be prepaid and insured. Keep every item, accessory and the original packaging. Original shipping is not refunded. A 20% restocking fee can apply when condition, contents or RMA requirements are not met.
- Warranty
- GOLFJOY is the warranty provider. The current published warranty covers new GOLFJOY hardware and included base launch-monitor software for 12 months from delivery. Consumables are covered only at shipment and third-party software is excluded. Claims begin with remote troubleshooting and an RGA. GOLFJOY pays authorized shipping to GOLFJOY and provides repair or replacement under the policy. Impact, misuse, improper installation, unsupported site conditions and unauthorized modification are excluded.

Is it designed for commercial use?
Yes. Rigel 3 is designed for venues, teaching bays and fitting studios as well as home rooms. Its clip-on mount allows the unit to be removed for service or recalibration without rewiring the ceiling. A single unit can be bought online, and multi-bay venue programs are quoted in a written proposal.
Does it handle left- and right-handed players?
