Is simulation software really included? What's the catch?

Spica 3 includes 3 months of the GOLFJOY Pro mobile app on iOS and Android, and GOLFJOY PC software is not included, so course play on a Windows PC needs an annual plan purchased separately. Standalone Rigel 2 and Rigel 3 units include 6 months of GOLFJOY Diamond, currently 160 courses at 4K resolution. P8 and the named S Series packages include 12 months, while multi-bay venue programs, the Commercial Simulator Suite and GDA project terms are confirmed in the written proposal before payment. P8 specifically includes GOLFJOY Professional. Continued access requires the applicable renewal plan, Diamond at $799 per year or Professional at $249 per year. GSPro, E6 and Creative Golf 3D are licensed separately by their publishers.

Will it fit in my garage / basement / spare room?

The P8 package enclosure is 10' wide × 8.2' tall × 4.9' deep. Plan roughly 16' of total room depth so you can swing freely, and 9'+ ceilings for comfortable driver swings. S200, S300 and the S Series Pro rooms are sized in the design review, with a 9–10.2' ceiling recommended for overhead Rigel units. Not sure? How hard is installation?

P8 assembles tool-lessly in about 3 hours. The steel floor base and timber wall and top frames go together with the supplied connectors, no contractor needed. Every S Series room is delivered and installed by GOLFJOY, with the overhead Rigel unit, projector, turf and control station sized before anything ships. Commercial projects include professional site assessment, installation and staff training.

Do you offer financing?

Financing may be available through a third-party provider. Eligibility, APR, term, fees, down payment and the actual payment are shown before you accept the provider agreement. A hardware price divided by a number of months is not a financing quote.

What if it's not for me? What about warranty?

Eligible direct GOLFJOY purchases use the current published return process, including an RMA request within 30 days of purchase. GOLFJOY's current published warranty covers new GOLFJOY hardware and included base launch-monitor software for 12 months from delivery. Consumables are covered only at shipment, and third-party products follow their own manufacturer or seller coverage. Custom, installed and freight-delivered orders can use different written terms, so review the item-specific terms before payment.
