The difference between the Golfjoy Full Version and Mini Version is only in the initial download size (number of pre-loaded maps).

• If you only need the Professional Version software, just download the Mini Version.
• If you purchased the Diamond Version, download the Full Version.

After installing the Mini Version, if your software package includes maps that aren’t pre-downloaded, the system will automatically prompt you to download them when needed.

There is no functional difference between both versions. The Mini Version is recommended for users with slower internet connections.

Golfjoy Install Helper is used for the installation of the overhesad launch monitors .If you use SPICA 3 / GDS PRO，you don't need to download the Golfjoy Install Helper .

GOLFJOY launch monitors are compatible with both GS PRO and E6 software platforms.

• If you use GS PRO, after purchasing our launch monitor, you can download the GS Pro Adapter & Document, which includes a compatibility guide.
• If you use E6, simply download the E6 Adapter & Document, which also contains detailed setup instructions.

Both packages provide everything you need to ensure seamless integration.

TeamViewer is a remote support tool. When users encounter issues that are difficult to resolve or describe clearly, our technical team can use TeamViewer to provide remote assistance.

To get started, please:

1. Download and install TeamViewer in advance.
2. Provide your TeamViewer ID and temporary password to our support colleague.
3. Ensure your computer remains online.

When troubleshooting, try temporarily disabling your antivirus software and firewall.
