Following three dynamic days at the Japan Golf Fair 2026, GOLFJOY wrapped up a successful exhibition featuring product demonstrations, athlete visits, and ongoing engagement with golfers and industry professionals. From Japanese junior golfer Shido Arasuna testing our launch monitor to conversations with coaches and facility operators, the GOLFJOY booth remained active throughout the event. Here is a look back at several highlights from the fair.
One of the notable moments during the fair came when Japanese junior golfer Shido Arasuna (荒砂士道) visited the GOLFJOY booth together with his coach. Arasuna had been following GOLFJOY's technology prior to the exhibition, and after learning that GOLFJOY would be exhibiting in Japan, he made a point to visit the booth to try the Spica 3 launch monitor in person.

After testing the products on site, Arasuna decided to purchase a Spica 3 unit at the booth to support his daily training.
"His on-site purchase says it all — when a serious competitive junior trusts a tool enough to buy it the moment he tries it, that's the kind of validation that means the most."
Despite still competing at the junior level, Arasuna has already built a strong record in international junior golf events:
His visit is a clear sign of a broader shift: the next generation of competitive golfers is embracing data-driven practice earlier than ever — and GOLFJOY is the tool they're reaching for.
On March 8, the GOLFJOY booth also welcomed a former Japan Women's Long Drive Champion, who stopped by to experience GOLFJOY's simulator firsthand.
Her visit attracted attention from nearby attendees and added to the steady activity at the booth.
Seeing an accomplished power-hitting competitor engage with GOLFJOY products highlighted the versatility of the technology, which supports golfers ranging from developing players to high-level competitors.

Throughout the exhibition, the GOLFJOY booth maintained a steady flow of visitors. Golfers, coaches, and golf facility operators from across Japan stopped by to try the products and learn more about GOLFJOY's technology.
Products on display included the Rigel 3 Pro ceiling-mounted launch monitor, the Spica 3 portable launch monitor, and the GDA driving range integrated system, providing visitors with a comprehensive view of GOLFJOY's solutions for both personal training and commercial golf facilities.
The conversations that took place at the booth reflected growing interest in launch monitor technology within the Japanese golf market, particularly as more golfers and facilities look to integrate data-driven training tools into practice environments.
Japan Golf Fair 2026 was another strong chapter in GOLFJOY's story in the Japanese market. From a junior phenom purchasing our tech on the spot, to a champion's visit, to a competition that brought the show floor to life — the fair exceeded our expectations in every way.
We're grateful to every golfer, coach, and industry professional who stopped by. Your curiosity and enthusiasm remind us why we do what we do.
