A Golf Club Inside a Mall?
What is it like to run an indoor golf club inside Red Star Macalline, one of China’s largest home furnishing malls?
In April 2023, Tiger Golf Club opened its doors in Xiamen, occupying 200 square meters within the bustling Red Star Macalline shopping center. Some wondered: without a traditional sports venue, would customers come?
The answer came quickly. Within a year, Tiger Golf became the most popular destination inside the mall, with bookings fully packed every single day.
Turning Passion Into Opportunity
Walking into Tiger Golf feels like entering a modern art gallery.
- Design highlights:
Inspired by Xiamen’s city flower, the bougainvillea, adding vibrancy and warmth.
Dynamic light strips mimic golf ball trajectories—draws, slices, hooks, and fades—creating rhythm and energy.
A stunning 3,000-piece golf tee feature wall serves as a colorful focal point.
Eco-friendly natural stone stairs with rainbow hues give the space a dreamlike quality.
Every detail reflects the vision of renowned interior designer Chen Fangxiao, who invested RMB 3 million to bring the concept to life.

Shared City Living Room
Unlike traditional golf clubs that target broad memberships, Tiger Golf differentiates itself with a niche focus: designers, architects, and building material suppliers.
For these groups, golf is more than a sport—it’s a social language. Tiger Golf functions as a:
- Training and competition venue
- Business negotiation space
- Salon and networking hub
In just one year, Tiger Golf has become a vibrant meeting place where creativity, business, and lifestyle intersect.
Turning Passion Into Opportunity
Tiger Golf has successfully cultivated a high-net-worth social circle, bringing together:
- Interior and spatial designers
- Building material suppliers
- Corporate executives, investors, and entrepreneurs
The club has hosted a wide range of curated events—from design salons, jewelry showcases, and stone appreciation sessions to international student exchanges and golf tournaments. Each event strengthens the club’s role as a premium networking platform.
At the same time, GOLFJOY simulators align perfectly with high-end interior aesthetics, widely adopted in smart homes and luxury spaces—further bridging the connection between golf, design, and lifestyle.

In the next 3–5 years, Tiger Golf plans to expand its “City Living Room” model nationwide, with clubs already launched in Xiamen, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Xi’an, and Haikou.
The vision: to provide more designers and professionals with a shared golf-inspired space for both business and lifestyle, and to bring golf into more homes as a symbol of quality living.
