Shipping Methods

GolfJoy uses UPS as a preferred shipper. However, orders shipped directly from manufacturers may be with UPS or FedEx.

An order received for in-stock items will be shipped within two business days. Special order items will be shipped within one business day they are received by GolfJoy.

When out-of-stock items or items warehoused at manufacturers are included in multiple item orders, GolfJoy may ship ahead in-stock items separately from other items. Items shipped from manufacturers may use a carrier of shipper's choice.

If an order with multiple items including out-of-stock or drop-ship items is placed with an air shipping method, the earliest available items will ship via air and the remainder of the order will ship via Surface. You will not be billed for the additional shipping. International orders including out-of-stock items will be shipped when all items in the order is available.

International customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.
