Shipping Policy

-UPS Express.
-The basic delivery fee is $30. (When purchasing 70000 won or more, the freight is free.)
-The commodity preparation time is subject to business days, which takes 1-3 days. (Subject to warehousing goods)
-Delivery on the same day is limited to goods kept in stock, and shall be delivered before 1pm.
-The deposit period without passbook is 6 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

Replacement/return regulations

The goods shall be accepted through the bulletin board within 48 hours after receipt, and can be processed after arrival within 7 days. (After 48 hours, goods sent unilaterally without prior receipt will be returned.)

The color texture and size error caused by the display resolution are not defects of the product. Scratches, damages, folds, leather migration and dyeing caused by customers' carelessness are not reasons for exchange or return.

When sending the product, please repack and send it after receiving it. Please note that extra charges will be incurred if the gifts and clothes hangers are not enclosed.

The customer shall bear the return, replacement and delivery fees caused by simple change of color and size. In case of wrong delivery of defective goods due to the manufacturer's responsibility, the round-trip delivery fee shall be borne by YiGO0O.

(The needle and thread finishing parts/scorch marks/irregular patterns that may occur in the product process are not considered as defective.)

Unable to replace, return and refund

Unilateral delivery of goods without prior receipt unless otherwise expressly stated as non replaceable and non refundable

After the exchange time, resale is difficult (goods must arrive within 7 days).

When your goods, labels, residence, etc. are lost, damaged or polluted Your use or partial consumption leads to the decline of the value of the goods (Pay attention to the use, wear, repair, washing, perfume, sweat, and fragrance of the product)

The natural leather characteristics of leather products may have wrinkles, black spots and fine scratches, which are not included in the reason for return.

In the case of accessories, it is difficult to judge whether they are worn or not, so they cannot be replaced or returned. Please refer to this point.

Replacement, Refund Shipping Fee Guide

The delivery fee for replacement/return shall be borne by the customer, and the round-trip express fee of $60 will be deducted from the refund amount. After being accepted through our Q.A message board, we can make an appointment to return the goods through the invoice number received by UPS Express (0453-808), and pay on delivery.

When other express companies and convenience stores are used for express delivery, advance payment must be made for delivery, and the initial delivery fee of $15 will be treated as difference.
