We collect personal information from you (such as your name, your address, your phone number, your credit card number) through our secure servers. Customers' credit card numbers are used only to capture transaction amount and not stored on our server.

We use an industry standard, advanced encryption technology ?SSL (Secured Socket Layer) ?to make online personal information indecipherable in the unlikely event when the information in transit is unlawfully intercepted or accessed.

The Federal Fair Credit Billing Act states that your credit card company cannot hold you liable for more than $50 in the event a fraudulent charge occurs on your account.

Having your phone number and e-mail address will allow us to contact you in case we need to communicate to you about your order.

We realize that customers are concerned about how the information they provide via the Internet will be used. We collect only information about you necessary to reliably process your order and we are committed to protecting your personal information we collect.

Order Cancellations    Top of Page

Cancellations must be received via phone at 1-702-891-8444. Cancellations received on special orders that are in production but not yet shipped from the manufacturer are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Custom orders shipped from the manufacturer prior to cancellation request cannot be cancelled and are Non-Refundable.

Please note that left-handed clubs from most manufacturers are regarded as special orders.

If an order is refused, by a customer, the cost of shipping to the customer and back to the shipping origination will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Pricing Errors    Top of Page

Although we continue to strive for our pricing on this site totally free of errors as much as possible, it is still possible that we can have some items incorrectly priced. For accuracy, prices are confirmed at the time of shipment. GolfJoy is not responsible for and does not honor pricing errors.

In the event an item was incorrectly priced, we will handle the situation as follows:

  1. If the actual price is lower than the posted price, we will charge the lower amount and ship the product(s) to you. Of course, the overpaid amount will be credited to your account.
  2. If the actual price is higher than the posted price, we will inform you of the pricing error that affect your order before your order is processed so you can decide whether to continue with the order.

Orders paid by personal checks may be subject to delays due to varying check processing time. Any checks returned due to insufficient funds will be subject to a fee imposed by our bank.

GolfJoy provides products of highest quality and value from reputable manufacturers and suppliers. We back this practice with an unconditional guarantee of all merchandise sold by GolfJoy for 30 days. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or full refund of purchase price so long as it is unused and in its original packaging.  

The following products may NOT be returned: 

  1. Used or altered merchandise.
  2. Custom/special order items that are not regular stock items at original product manufacturers.
  3. Personalized items.
  4. Demo items.
  5. Closeout items.
    Defective Products: Any defective products may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Shipping costs will be paid by GolfJoy. Shipping of replacement items will be regular surface shipping.

Damaged Goods    Top of Page

If the package looks damaged, inspect the package for damage before signing for the delivery. 

If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and call our Customer Service at 1-877-465-3569. If you find an item damaged after delivery, retain shipping carton and all packing material and notify the carrier and GolfJoy immediately.

Warranty claims are subject to the policy or discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with the products, or may be found on their respective web sites. Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise for warranty considerations.

Shipping Errors    Top of Page

All claims for missing items must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date. Please note that orders consisting of more than one brand may arrive on different days if the order contains non-stock item(s). Check your packing slip to make sure you have a shortage, not a delivery delay.

Returns Process    Top of Page

  1. Call GolfJoy or email info@golfjoy.com to obtain Return Authorization Number. 
  2. Pack the items to return in the original shipping carton(s) and with the original hang tags attached. 
  3. Write the RA Number clearly on the outside of the box, along with your name and return address. If we receive a box without the RA number posted on the outside of the box, we will have to refuse receiving the delivery.
  4. Ship the returns to the address as instructed at the time when RA number is issued to you. This is because items drop shipped from original manufacturers may have to be sent to the manufacturer. Shipping charges must be prepaid. (Items shipped  C.O.D. will not be accepted.). We recommend that you insure the item when shipping.
  5. Upon receiving of returns refunds will be promptly credited to your account -- typically within 1 - 3 business days -- based on the original method of payment for the purchase price of the merchandise and any taxes GolfJoy collected, excluding the actual shipping costs incurred by Golfjoy, LLC [When exchanging items, actual shipping cost for re-shipping will be charged.].
    International Returns: The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax and insurance for replacements.

All orders delivered within Nevada are subject to 7.50% sales tax.

Duties and taxes for orders shipping to destinations outside the U.S., if imposed on your order, are due at time of delivery (these charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by GolfJoy). Please consult your local customs office for more details about applicable duties and taxes.

All orders placed with GolfJoy are in United States Dollars (USD). All refunds are made in USD and GolfJoy is not responsible for any discrepancy in local currency between the original purchase amount and refund amount resulted from fluctuation in currency conversion rate.
