The Element meets nature head-on, with its water-resistant, TeflonŽ-coated
shell and waterproof, breathable liner. The rain jacket, updated to a full-zip
for 2006, has sleeves that zip off at the elbow. Thoughtfully designed for
women, the pant has a flat front and zipper closure for a slim fit.
