AccuLength Junior Golf Club Set with
FREE Spacer Set
The technology in Accu-Length clubs is the patented shaft spacer system that allows you to add one inch of shaft length to accommodate your child's growth. The average child grows
2 1/2" per year, and professionals agree that for every 2 inches your child grows, an inch should be added to their club.
So every year, your child gets a CUSTOM FIT golf club. Accu-Length golf clubs have been exhaustively tested with a maximum of
4 spacers, so each club is designed to be used for up to 5 seasons. Additionally, each club has a “lock” at the top of the shaft that is designed to guarantee the grip will not unscrew or rotate during use.
Head weight, loft and shaft flexibility are 3 very important elements to a quality junior golf club. Each set of Accu-Length golf clubs have been designed with proper head weights and lofts for the intended age group. As your child grows and their skills develop, the spacer system of the Accu-Length golf club actually stiffens the shaft, slowly easing the forgiveness of the club as your child's swing speed increases.
With high-quality, scratch-resistant stainless steel heads, your child will enjoy years of golfing fun with clubs built just like Dad’s.

Testing & Performance
Kick Point [Bending point on the club shaft]:
The kick point is gradually lowered as spacers are added,
thus increasing loft and distance. Testing shows distance increases
approximately 10 additional yards per additional spacer added at 60MPH swing
speed with AL3000 FW. Swing Weight:
As spacers are added swing weight gradually increases as club lengthens. The
longer the shaft, the greater the swing weight for the same club head. This
increases distance similar to kick point changes.
Shaft Strength:
Accu-Length shafts are manufactured in 2 pieces, the only shaft in the world produced
this way [patent pending]. This ensures that the shaft is perfectly straight.
Both shaft areas that surround the spacer system are reinforced with graphite
for additional strength. Golf Laboratories of San Diego, CA, conducted swing
tests with hundreds of center, heel and toe hits at graduated spacer increments,
with NO shaft or spacer breakage at swing speeds of a maximum of 106 MPH.
Shaft Flex:Accu-Length shafts become more rigid as spacers are added, which is a benefit for the
growing junior. Less flex is desirable as the child grows stronger. Initial
shaft flex (base length, no spacers) is designed for the child whos’ height
meets the Accu-Length base length fit. He shaft then stiffens gradually as spacers are
added. Grips:
Accu-Length grips are all sized differently for each of the 4 models.
Grips are sized in a manner which should allow the child to keep and utilize the
original grips for all future years of use. However, if a child would like to
“re-grip” any of the Accu-Length clubs for a more customized grip size as they grow,
this can be done easily and is very inexpensive. Most pro shops will do this at
a minimal charge per club.
Vibration:
The spacer system actually acts as a “shock absorber” to vibration, similar to
the bubble product widely promoted by another manufacturer. This is accomplished because most vibration stops at the
top of the lower shaft where the first spacer lies and is prevented from
reaching the grip. Additionally, Accu-Length clubs have very low torque.
Head Torque [Resistance to twisting]:
Because of the spacer system, Accu-Length clubs have very low torque properties. This is
accomplished for the same reason that grip vibration is greatly reduced. By
making the shaft in 2 pieces, most of the head torque is minimized because of
the shortened distance between the head and the lowest
spacer. Golf Laboratories tests proved Accu-Length shots to be extremely straight and
“on line” compared to fixed length shafts of two other major junior golf
companies’ drivers. |
